TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by North 34 Energy Corporation under the North34 brand. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions, availability, and delivery estimates may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by inaccurate information or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for that order will be refunded.

All sales are final. North34 does not accept returns or exchanges. Eligible manufacturing defects are handled under the original manufacturer's published warranty terms.

Customers are responsible for choosing a product appropriate for their intended use and for following all applicable laws, age requirements, safety rules, manuals, and protective-equipment requirements. High-performance electric dirt bikes and e-moto products are intended for off-road use unless the manufacturer and local law expressly permit otherwise. North34 does not represent that an off-road product is street legal.

Do not misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or unauthorized information. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
