Warranty Support
North34 is the first point of contact for eligible products purchased from North34. We document the issue and coordinate support using the applicable brand's current published warranty standard. Final eligibility and remedy remain subject to the product, proof of purchase, serial number, use history, documentation, brand review, and applicable law.

- North34 order number and purchase date
- Brand, model, serial number, and current mileage
- Detailed description of the issue and when it began
- Clear photos and video showing the product and problem
- Relevant assembly, maintenance, impact, water, modification, or charging history
Brand standards
Mokwheel: the current published standard is a two-year limited warranty for eligible new bikes purchased through authorized channels, limited to the original owner and original product. View Mokwheel warranty.
Puckipuppy: the current published component schedule includes three years for the frame/structure and one or two years for specified mechanical and electrical components. Coverage is for the original purchaser and requires brand authorization before repair. View Puckipuppy warranty.
79Bike: the current published limited warranty is 12 months from customer receipt for listed components and is non-transferable. 79Bike instructs customers who purchased from another seller to contact that seller, so North34 handles intake for North34 purchases. View 79Bike warranty.
Common exclusions
Normal wear, accidents, misuse, racing or stunt use outside intended conditions, neglect, improper storage, corrosion, water or liquid damage, unauthorized repair, incorrect assembly, incompatible accessories, modification, cosmetic damage, and removed or altered serial numbers may be excluded. Exact exclusions follow the applicable brand terms.
Service boundary
Do not authorize third-party repairs before North34 and the brand review the claim. Parts, shipping, labor, diagnosis, and vehicle transport are covered only when the applicable brand expressly approves them. North34 does not promise a repair time, free labor, refund, exchange, or full-vehicle replacement beyond the applicable terms.
