Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for eligible products. Most vehicle orders ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship vehicles to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders may ship in multiple packages, and tracking information will be emailed when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Inspect all packages promptly upon delivery. Report visible shipping damage to North34 as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos or video of the product. Do not discard packaging until the issue is reviewed.

Brea pickup orders are not ready until a Ready for Pickup notice is sent. Bring the pickup confirmation and a photo ID.

All sales are final. Eligible manufacturing defects are handled under the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. Contact support@north34.com for assistance.
